- Acoustic Felt Integration: Each carved wood component was pre-mounted on a noise-absorbing, high-density black polyester felt layer, creating a striking 3D tactile depth while significantly dampening ambient noise.
- Pre-Shipment Trial Layout & Inspection: As shown in our factory pre-assembly verification, our QC team laid out the pattern matrix to test fitment, seam alignment, and contrast balance before export packaging.
