To secure these commercial fire ratings, we utilize specially engineered, high-density fire-rated MDF substrates combined with inherently flame-retardant polyester felt backings, delivering full compliance for public infrastructure and hospitality projects.
The maximum standard manufacturing height for our acoustic wood panels is 3000mm. In addition to our stock heights of 2400mm and 2700mm, our industrial production line can execute custom precision cuts to match specific floor-to-ceiling architectural drawings, eliminating on-site trimming labor and waste.
Panels are packed in standard export-grade heavy-duty cartons containing 2 pieces per box with thick protective foam corner guards. To ensure stability during maritime transit and protect against humidity shifts, the reinforced cartons are stacked on heavy wooden pallets, wrapped in industrialized stretch film, and tightly strapped.
Our wooden slatted acoustic panels achieve a maximum Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating of 0.85.
