15/20/25mm Hexagon Acoustic Wood Wool Board With Optional Size and Color For Hotel Wall
The Wood Wool Acoustic Panel, a premium solution among acoustic wood panels and soundproofing solutions, utilizes high-quality sustainable wood resources such as pine and poplar from selective felling in economic forests and ecological forests. These woods, commonly used by acoustic panel manufacturers, are naturally sun-dried for no less than 90 days to effectively control the moisture content within an ideal range, ensuring the stability of the base material. After being mechanically processed into wood wool, a key sound absorbing material in many acoustic panels for walls, they are treated with a mineralization process to enhance the material's weather resistance and chemical stability. Combined with our independently developed inorganic cement-based adhesive system and using a continuous production process, these custom acoustic panels are densely formed under high temperature and high pressure conditions, creating a new type of composite wood wool acoustic panel that combines the flexibility of wood with the rigidity of cement-based materials.

Ensure that the wall is flat, dry, and clean, free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities. If there are uneven areas, they need to be repaired and leveled to provide a good foundation for subsequent installation.
According to the size of the wooden grille sound - absorbing board, reasonably plan the installation position of the wooden keel. Use a level to ensure that the wooden keel is installed horizontally, with the error controlled within a very small range. Placing sound - absorbing cotton between the keels can further enhance the sound absorption effect. The thickness and density of the sound - absorbing cotton can be selected according to the actual acoustic needs.
Accurately place the wooden slat acoustic panel on the wooden keel and fix it with black screws. The spacing of the screws should be uniform to ensure that the sound - absorbing board is installed firmly. The combination of black screws and the sound - absorbing board can ensure the stability of the installation without affecting the overall aesthetics.
Install the wooden slat acoustic panel in full - scale in order from left to right and from bottom to top. Pay attention to the tight splicing between each sound - absorbing board, with uniform gaps to ensure the overall aesthetics and acoustic effect.
