Wall System Installation
Base Treatment:
Level the wall with a 400×600mm wooden keel frame to ensure that the verticality error is ≤3mm.
Acoustic Layer Laying:
Fill with 50mm thick glass wool (bulk density 60kg/m³) to enhance the sound absorption effect.
Panel Fixing:
Fix the acoustic panel to the keel with anti-rust nails and embed special wooden strips to seal the splicing joints.
Edge Treatment:
Leave a 3 - 5mm expansion joint between the panels and complete the edge treatment with special decorative strips.
Ceiling System Installation
Keel Structure:
Adopt a three-dimensional fixing system of T-type main keels (spacing 1200mm) + secondary keels (spacing 600mm) + edge keels.
Panel Installation:
Hang the acoustic panel on the secondary keels through special clips to achieve a detachable installation.
Acoustic Optimization:
Install acoustic non-woven fabric inside the ceiling to further enhance the low-frequency noise reduction performance.
