28-4 Acoustic Slat Wall Panel With Maple Finish
The Grooved Acoustic Panel adopts a sophisticated structure with slots on the front and through - holes on the back. This design is not arbitrary but the optimal solution obtained by acoustic experts through precise calculations based on complex acoustic principles. The slots on the front can effectively guide sound waves into the interior of the board, while the through - holes on the back help the sound waves form multiple reflections and absorptions inside the board, thus greatly improving the sound absorption efficiency.
Wooden Acoustic Panel has standard models such as 13/3, 14/2, 28/4, 29/3, 59/5, 60/4, 8/3, 6/2, 5/3, 4/3/Art, and can also be customized according to the special needs of customers to fully meet the personalized requirements of different projects.
It provides various finishes such as wood veneer, melamine, HPL fire - resistant board, and PU paint. The wood veneer finish endows the product with a natural texture and warm touch, creating a natural and comfortable atmosphere; the melamine finish has excellent wear - resistance and easy - to - clean properties, suitable for high - frequency use places; the HPL fire - resistant board finish not only has excellent fire - resistance performance but also offers a variety of colors and textures to meet the needs of different decoration styles; the PU paint finish can create a high - gloss surface effect, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the space.

24 hours before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the installation site is dry, the temperature is not lower than 15℃, and the humidity is maintained between 40% - 60%. This can effectively prevent the board from deforming due to environmental factors and affect the installation effect. At the same time, before installation, the packaging box needs to be opened and the product needs to be left to stand for 48 hours to fully adapt to the environmental characteristics of the installation site.
Install light - steel keels accurately according to the design drawings. The keel spacing is controlled between 300 - 600mm and adjusted appropriately according to the board specifications. After installation, level the keels to ensure that the flatness error of the keels is within the range of ≤ 2mm/m, providing a flat base for the installation of wooden panel. In addition, the specified sound - absorbing cotton needs to be filled in the keel gaps. The density and thickness of the sound - absorbing cotton need to be configured according to the acoustic design plan to further enhance the sound absorption effect.
Use M4 threaded screws to firmly fix the special adapters of light - steel keels to the building base. The screw spacing is ≤ 600mm to ensure the stability of keel installation.
Accurately insert the matching clips into the keel slots, adjust the clip spacing to perfectly match the slots of the board. It is recommended that the clip spacing is ≤ 300mm. The installation quality of the clips directly affects the installation effect of the wooden acoustic panel board, so it is necessary to ensure that the clips are installed firmly and in the correct position.
Follow the installation principle from left to right and from bottom to top, and insert the acoustic panel vertically into the slots of the clips. During the installation process, pay attention to leaving a 3mm expansion gap between the board ends, and ensure that all the natural seams are on the same straight line. Tight - fitting splicing or staggered - joint installation is strictly prohibited. After installation, fine - tune the tightness of the clips to ensure that the sound - absorbing boards are installed flat and without warping.
