Ensure that the wall is flat, dry, and clean, free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities. If there are uneven areas, they need to be repaired and leveled to provide a good foundation for subsequent installation.
According to the size of the polyester acoustic panel, reasonably plan the installation position of the wooden keel. Use a level to ensure that the wooden keel is installed horizontally, with the error controlled within a very small range. Placing sound - absorbing cotton between the keels can further enhance the sound absorption effect. The thickness and density of the sound - absorbing cotton can be selected according to the actual acoustic needs.
Install the polyester panel on the wooden keel with glue or nail gun
Install the polyester acoustic panel in full - scale in order from left to right and from bottom to top. Pay attention to the tight splicing between each sound - absorbing board, with uniform gaps to ensure the overall aesthetics and acoustic effect.
