Installation

1.Installation of Perimeter Channels

Precisely mark the positions on the walls around the ceiling. Secure the perimeter channels firmly to the walls using expansion bolts or powder-actuated fasteners to clearly define the installation boundary of the ceiling and ensure installation accuracy.

2.Installation of Main Runners

Determine the runner spacing according to the design plan (common spacings include 1000mm, 600mm, etc.). Vertically suspend the T-shaped main runners below the building structure floor using Φ8 suspension rods. Strictly control the rod spacing to ensure that the main runners are level, providing a stable foundation for subsequent panel installation.

3.Installation of Fiberglass Ceiling Panel

Select the corresponding installation method according to different panel types:

1)Flat Panel

Directly place the fiberglass ceiling panel smoothly into the frame formed by the T-shaped main runners. The installation is convenient, presenting a simple and flat visual effect.

2)Tegular Panel

Utilize the special slot structure of the main runners to precisely clip the panel into place, creating a three-dimensional decorative effect with distinct layers.

3)Concealed Plug-in Panel

Through the concealed plug-in installation process, cleverly embed the panel into the main runner system, completely hiding the runner structure and creating a simple, elegant, and seamless spatial aesthetic.
