Service Content: According to the customer's requirements, we customized two types of super mini micro perforated acoustic panel with different perforation rates , and they are engraved into the shapes requested by the customer.

Customer Requirements

Need to customize mini micro perforated acoustic panels in different sizes.
The edges of each acoustic panel need to be processed into arc edges with different angles.
The hole diameters need to be 0.7mm and 1.5mm.
The hole distances need to be 10mm and 4mm.
A 3mm gap should be left between each panel.
Each set of acoustic panels needs to be nailed to the plywood.

Solution

Separately producing the mini micro perforated panels for the large and small hole diameters .
Then use an engraving machine to cut the mini micro perforated panels and carve the arc edges.
According to the sequence on the drawing, finally use a nail gun to nail the micro perforated panels with different hole diameters to the plywood.
